Adopting HCR-12 with RAIV 3D vision, it is possible to automate palletizing and de-palletizing process of box type parcel.

It dose not require much space nor safety fence, robot can be installed in current warehouse without construction.

Screws are automatically supplied to HCR-5 by using screw feeder.

Using HCR-5 equipped with screw driving tool and easily implement various angle tightening through easy robot software.

Articulated robot is rarely adopted.

With large working radius of 1,300mm HCR-12 pick-and-place bezel and board to bond them.

Mount the air blower at the end of HCR-5 arm.

Since HCR-5 is six-axis robot, cleaning all holes in the powertrain is possible without changing EOAT.

Conventional industrial robot requires a safety cage.
